Cancellation Policy

We offer a lot of different things at Lut’s Place.

Since we expanded from a luxury B&B we made the decision to take ourselves off the booking sites because we felt we wanted to keep control and manage everything we offer ourselves. (Thanks for your understanding).

I want to be present for all of you at whatever event you’re attending.

Because of all this reasons we designed our cancellation policy which is below.

Payments

We would like you to pay for Lut’s B&B, Retreats, Afternoon Tea and Workshops in full to secure your place.

If booking is not available online our Bank Details will be sent along with confirmation of your booking.

B & B Refunds

  • A full refund will be given up to 14 days before your stay commences.

  • A 50% refund will be given for B&B bookings up to 7 days before the booking commences.

  • No refund will be given less than 7 days before the booking commences.

Workshops and Circles Refunds

In house (those hosted by Lut) workshops and circles can be booked online.

  • Full refund will be given unto 14 days before the event commences.

  • A 50% refund will be given for up to 7 days before the event commences.

  • No refund will be given less than 7 days before event commences.

If your place on any of our other events is rebooked after you have cancelled, then you will get a refund of the value of the rebooked place.

Special circumstances

Of course, we know there are times in life when there is a very special reasons to cancel. If you are in one of these times then please contact us to discuss your needs.
